I consider this email defamation of myself and the ongoing emailing of me during my medical leave and continuing bulling and intimidation of myself by you. I now put you on notice of my intention to take legal action against you for your past and ongoing actions.

Dear Board and CEO,
I have, for nearly a year as a board member, tried to bring behaviours to your attention that contravenes or breaches the NWDS Constitution, the legislation and the Policies of NWDS. They were brought in good faith to your attention in person, in meetings and by email. These breaches were particularised but have been labeled by you as intimidating, bullying and untrue. In response I have been been maliciously accused of assault and bullied and mobbed, directly or indirectly by the board and CEO.
I believe that the CEO and staff of NWDS have contributed tremendously to the success that NWDS has become, but at some point a line was crossed and it is my opinion that as a result the board and CEO have seriously breached the rules and policies of NWDS amounting to serious misconduct (see, in addition, board meeting minutes, emails and complaints ). As such I believe that the most appropriate response is the immediate resignation of the board and CEO.
In my opinion the document which you wish to publish on NWDSscandal is clearly and demonstrably untruthful (see board meeting minutes and emails). Please send me a copy of the document you wish to publish on the website signed by all members of the board and the CEO.
In my opinion Deborah Gersbach's insurance claim is fraudulent and based on false allegations of bullying, intimidation and assault. As a board member I have never seen a document or medical certificate from a medical practitioner relating to her alleged sick or other leave or claim. I am unaware of any authorisation of the leave by the board. I believe a similar claim was rejected by the insurers in 2014.
Any board member who wishes to disassociate him or herself from the behaviour of the CEO or board is free to seek independent legal advice or contact me confidentially at any time.
